Terrible scooter. Don’t waist your money on this one. I bought it for my sons birthday on February and it’s now the beginning of April. It doesn’t work at all. Turns on but doesn’t move. Less then 2 months of opening the box and it’s done. A waist of $200 not cool Razor.

I have this scooter and why I made it 4 stars is because the bolts on the handlebars are loosening and every time I screw them back they keep on loosening and the handlebars turn and when J make my wheel street it is at an angle

Brought this scooter for my son at Christmas and he just rode it five times this summer and now the rear wheel is making noises and not running. He has a hoverboard from razor that's lasted 6 years. Very disappointing

I bought this scooter for my son in November 2022. He kept it inside during the winter and has only ridden it a handful of times. We've tried all the trouble shooting recs and it still won't run. Frustrated that it appears to be a crappy product. We've bought several Electric Razor products over the years and never had one die so quickly.

I bought this scooter for the 13yo son for Christmas 2021. He was ecstatic! He uses it to ride to/from school and to nearby friends and stores. By the end of April 2022 it stopped working. We noticed the wire/motor cover had falled off and the wires became exposed. As this being is main mode of transportation for school and he was quite upset, I purchased a second identical scooter on May 1. By June 22 it stopped working. The on/off switch seems to be messed up. My son is very upset and I need to figure out what to do next. I refuse to buy this product again and am not impressed with the Razor brand at this point.

Upon first use, after about a week of riding, the motor started to sound like it was full of gravel. Razor thankfully sent me a new rear hub. Second motor is now clicking and started smoking after use. The scooter is not even a year old and it seems that it won’t last more than a week of riding before the motor becomes dangerous to use. Do not buy this model if you want a scooter to use for more than a month. I have other razor ride on products that are excellent, but this model is a complete dud.

my rating went down to a 3 because some of the bolts are loose also why would you build the motor outside of the scooter because I just scratched it so I had to cover it with a cardboard ring to protect it also please make parts for it also make it more enhanced

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Sweet Little Ride is going to make My GrandBaby so Happy! It is Super Cute and so easy to Put together. We Charged the Battery a Bit and took it for a Spin. I had a Little Trouble holding it up, but I know She will have No Problem at all. Definitely worth the Purchase. Looks like it will be made to last!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super excited when the electric scooter arrived the kids were excited but not sure what it was until they got the chance to test it out they fell in love did not want to get off of it. First thing super easy to assemble read the instructions to know what I was doing since it had to do with electrical super easy was assembled in no time. We did have to wait until next day since it said STOP charge for 12 hours so we did, always make sure to follow the directions to extend the life of your product. So the next day we took it out for a ride it took maybe two tries to learn how to use it carefully my daughter learn quicker than my son and she was off going in circles around the block which was so much fun she was going very fast but she was careful as well she had on her helmet, safety first. She got a bit frightened she went super fast but then she got the hang of it how to manage the throttle and go at a comfortable speed for her enjoyment, my son on the other hand he went super fast he loves feeling the wind in his hair. I do like the fact that it has a kickstand to have the scooter stand on its own instead of leaning it over walls or on the floor makes it look more fancy standing on its own since it's a bit heavy so careful with toes. It does indicate a weight limit which is a bummer since my kids love for mama bear to try and have fun with them as well, these type of fun scooters that go this fast for younger kids maybe should have a heavier weight for parents to let younger kids experience a bit as well and not all children are built the same way. But that is my personal thought I'm still a kid at heart and I'd Love to feel the fun my kids expressed riding the scooter and there is age appropriate for all of us so just seeing my children happy makes me happy and make this scooter worth it. The downside is it's only 40 minutes ride time so if you wanted to take it along to a park or trail it would not hold up which limits us to not enjoy it in more open space places, and the chargers light is always green which annoys me because you are not sure how much longer it needs to charge.
