A: Hi there! Sorry for the late response! This product can be taken while fasting but if you are interested in taking it with a meal, we suggest taking the product 30 mins to an hour before your meal. 😊

I have been taking ketone pills and the shift drink and keto BHB 500 mg gummy’s and I have been doing this for 6 weeks and I’m still only showing traces and Not ketosis I am frustrated and this is not cheap but I’m trying my best waiting for a delivery of elective orange and a different pill

The raspberry lemonade flavor is quite nice, as well as the grape and mixed berry. Now, whether the exogenous ketones work for me is doubtful because I believe if you don’t PUT your body into ketosis by exercise and or starvation, the body won’t use exogenous ketones.

Great taste and caffeine doesn't make me jittery. Directions say 2 a day but the package would be for only 15 days so a bit disappointed in having to buy 2 packs a month and the subscription is for 1 every 30 days. I also get 1-2 empty packs per package so that will add up eventually. Love the taste and how I feel. For now will continue the subscription.
