I used compression in the hospital after my car accident; This compression set is spot on amazing. I had researched and was pleasantly surprised to find Target carries the one I was going to get elsewhere! I wish the company of ReAthlete would make it for the butt- to reach my sciatic nerve ! The heat option is subtle and nice touch. It is timed 30 minute compression so you don’t overdue it, with an option to concentrate the compression in certain areas. The extra 4 pads are easily attached if you need them for bigger adjustment.

My fiancé has an inseam of 32” and is 6’1” tall - I had high hopes for this product, but they were too short for his legs! The place where your knees go was below his knees, so the device didn’t really perform to its potential. From other reviews it does look like a good product. I wish there were different length options.
