It just rolled over my tongue. Seems to be nutritious but I am a little confused. The variety listed below shows "20g" but I think that refers to the amount of Reishi mushroom extract, not the protein content which was listed as only 4 grams. I thought it was more of a protein shake. Also, I think the sat fat content is more than I want on a regular basis.

You should definitely thoroughly shake the bottle before drinking. the chocolate taste comes through strongly and it has umami and I don't know if that is because I know it has mushroom protein or that's how the mushroom protein actually tastes.

The protein content really impressed me; it’s packed with 26g of protein without that chalky texture so many protein drinks have.
