I really like the flavor of this drink. It just didn’t do anything for me as far as the adaptogens. Was hoping for a light buzz or something similar to wind down for bed and did t have that effect. For the cost per can I would buy it again.

Strawberry rose is the best flavor out of all the recess flavors available at target. It goes down smooth and no weird flavor. I do feel more relaxed. I feel mental clarity when my mind is usually racing. It’s definitely worth the 3.49$ a can. I will be buying again.

I love this flavor of Recess. These drinks are my favorite and they make me feel so calm and relaxed. I usually have raging anxiety, but after a can of these I feel so relaxed. I don't feel as anxious and I feel energized and motivated after drinking this.
