Q: Is there a USB cord and Wall Charger included with this OttLite?

Ottlite's Recharge Desk lamp does indeed a USB cord + a power supply for plugging into a workable wall outlet, in order to charge up the non-replaceable lithium ion battery. Hope this helps. Q: The pictures show no base, then a base with usb outlet. What does this lamp come with?

Q: I just bought this lamp. As soon as I turn it on, within seconds, it turns off. I charged it overnight. And it said there is a red and green light indicating how well it is charged. I can't find it. Help!

A: Thank you for your inquiry. Based on lamp/fixture (model #CS59G59), which is a Recharge LED Desk lamp, The LED indicator that changes from RED to GREEN once lamp is fully charged is letter "J" as listed in the Ottlite instructions for the lamp. ( 6. Charge product using included USB cable (K) or AC adaptor (H). It will take approximately 3.5 to 4 hours to charge lamp. LED indicator (J) will change from RED to GREEN when lamp is fully charged. NOTE: Lamp battery charge will last approximately two hours. Hope this helps assist. What is missing from the description is that it takes 4 hours for a charge and the charge is only good for - are you sitting down - TWO HOURS! Nothing faulty about the charging unit because it says right in the instructions that it takes 4 hours and then only can be used for 2 hours. It's cute. Good light. But only worth buying if you need it for very short bursts of light.

Love that I can take the lamp anywhere in the house and I don't have to carry any cords. I can charge it at night when I am sleeping and then put the cords away the next day so I don't trip over them. Great lamp and I would highly recommend it.

The rechargeable feature is great. Charge the lamp and then move the lamp where you need light - in the garage on the workbench or on the lanai while reading or crafting. Good lumen output. Easily charges with USB or electrical plug.

I attend various crafting shows and when doing demos I am always searching for great lighting. I have always used Ottlite and love the rechargeable feature of this new lamp. I just noticed that they have one in white and plan on purchasing that one as well. All crafters know that if you want high quality lighting that shows the true colors than Ottlite is a must have. The bendable neck and different brightness features are a huge plus.

Great small size daylight color-accurate desk or craft light. 3 brightness levels work while powered off the charger or USB and also same 3 brightness levels when running on built in rechargeable batteries. Attractive looking with flexible neck and touch control. A very good value. Have not fully tested battery life although we got over a half hour on high brightness setting with power to spare. It’s only limitation might be its height not being high enough to cover larger areas effectively. Highly recommend this lamp.
