The lid is sooo hard to put on and sooo hard to unscrew. And it still leaks. It’s very annoying when you have kids that want their drink and it won’t go together.

Make sure you close the lid completely and hear click! Is it 100% leak proof? No. But it’s leakproof 99% for us with very little drips of water, which is a huge improvement from other bottles we have used. Easy for my toddler to hold and take around. Feels like a big kid.

The silicone gasket ring for around the lid broke immediately.. it came off on its own while opening the cup for the very first time, and while trying to put it back on the cup, it broke in half.

It leaks. I am so tired of trying water bottles. They all leak. This one if you hold it to the side or upside down it leaks. So not great for toddlers

Cant get enough of these cups, not for my daughter, or myself! Just a good as the high priced and I get a kick out of my mini having her reduce just like mommy, LOVE that they come with a extra straw and that the handle isnt closed on the bottom end, comes in handy hanging it onto stuff especially when out. We take them everywhere with us. Doesn't leak unless something isn't on right, easy clean, & keeps the ice, icing✨️

Like the cup size and the fact It comes with a replacement part. It’s very easy to clean but it was left in a cup holder for a day or two and the drink was in the cup holder. Very unsure of how it leaked into the cup holder but it definitely did. Kinda disappointed since it’s advertised as leakproof and it was only in a cup holder and leaked

It only lasted 90 days before it broke straw, and not dishwasher safe and leaked...target wouldn't allow me to return it even though it doesn't state one the receipt nor anywhere saying I can't but she couldn't fully explain why it couldn't be returned other than the computer screen saying so??

The cup is great and keeps drinks nice and cold, it doesn’t leak, UNTIL the top soft straw gets damaged, and then my biggest complaint is that you can’t purchase an exact replacement. You are directed by the company to buy a regular straw, which negates some of the nice features. The silicone toppers on the top are also easily removable and could be choking hazards.

Disliked this due to all of the small removable parts yes I understand it’s to make the cup not leak but they come off so easily! I have two cups and they are both leaking bc we lost the same two parts due to them coming off so easy!
