Reduce 18oz Hot1 Insulated Stainless Steel Travel Mug with Steam Release Lid

Chipping in 3 places. Never used the dishwasher and was not rough with it. Beautiful cup and keeps drink cold. Just chipping.

The lid trapped black mold in the sliding mechanism. I couldn't remove the slide with out it breaking. I couldn't even get the mold out with a Q-tip

It was good while it lasted for three months.

I wish more colors were available...

overall this does what it needs to do. however the product description says “accidents happen” and so i would think they’d make this mug spill proof in addition. to destruction proof. i think rather than the sip vent they should have made this spill proof. great for sitting on the desk but not if you want to toss it in your bag and go. good thing i tested it first.

It is very cute and the perfect fluid ounce for the amount of hot coffee I drink. Lid kept getting pushed off due to the hot/warm coffee. Had to consistently open the flow valve to release the pressure. Did not keep coffee hot. Coffee went cold after 30 minutes.

Best coffee cup I’ve ever had. The little extra air vent makes it so easy to drink without any weird suction issues some to go coffee cups have. Love it.

Love this brand. It was 0 degrees the other morning and kept my coffee hot for hours.

Lid doesn’t stay on. Spills constantly. Had to get rid of it. Tired of spills on my stuff and clothing

They were not packed properly to shop. Came scratched up. I was pretty disappointed with them.

Not vacuumed sealed at all. It leaks. Not sure how it has the amount of stars it has.

I bought this a little under a month ago. It works great and I loved it. Until the little flipper that you open to drink from it just broke today. Specifically, one of the two little connections that hold it in place in the middle and let it flip back and forth. I don't expect it to last forever, but less than a month?!

The paint is already chipping and I haven’t even used it

Initially, I loved this mug! I bought two more after my first purchase! However, this changed quite quickly. The paint on the handle is chipping off on all three of my mugs! I haven’t had them long enough for this type of damage and wear. I’m disappointed.

I bought 3 of these for a roadtrip with friends and they all loved it! The drinks stay hot longer than what it says it does, and you can definitely use it for cold drinks (just add a skinny straw in the lid). Days later my mom used it and she loved it too so I got her one too.

Love this mug. Works fantastic. It fits under my keurig with no issues. Keeps my coffee hot and doesn’t leak. Oh and fits my cup holder in my car which is why I went looking for a new travel mug that actually had a handle.

I have had this mug for over a year. I use it every day, primarily for cold drinks, and I never put it in the dishwasher. I LOVE IT! It’s the perfect not too big, not too small size. If the lid is fully closed, I can flip the mug completely upside down and nothing happens at all. I actually just throw it into my work bag right next to my laptop and trust that all will be fine. Ice usually stays in the cup for maybe 6 hrs or so. My fiancé just admitted too that he accidentally dropped the mug last week and nothing happened to it so he wants one now himself. Also, there are no marks or chips on my mug. I don’t know if that has to do with color. My Stanley and Hydroflask aren’t remotely as good as this. I suggest everyone buy one of these!

Its difficult to drink out of w/the lid on! I’ll be returning this cup

Does not keep coffee hot. Hot coffee was cold in 2 hours. Very disappointed
