I love this candy. I’m sad to report my last several purchases have been poor. The licorice is almost shredded most noticeable when opening the bag. I’ve eaten this for years. The texture is different in my last 3 purchases and you will find almost shredding of the product in the bag. You really aren’t getting a solid licorice stick.

Dislike Bioengineered Red Dye 40 and Wheat Allergen. Terrible chemical taste of artificial flavor. Made my throat itch after one bite. Then I read the ingredients and was horrified. The Boiengineered Red Dye 40 and Wheat are not in the description on the app. This is gross and a waste of time and money. Do better Target. Don’t sell fake toxic candy with red dye 40 This is such a 1970s move Target. Shame o. You SellTwizzlers. They are cornstarch and sugar and strawberries.Don’t sell awful Red Vines they are toxic . Ugh! My mouth still hurts and it’s 30 minutes later after I took one bite . Gross.

I am a fan of jumbo red vines. It is hard to find them, even harder to find them not hard and difficult to chew. These here are usually in stock and perfect with each bag - soft and chewy. I’m glad the price has gone back down.
