So I wear contact daily and I would wake up with really dry eyes I had to force blink to see and then I was like hmm I need something to lubricate my eyes and found these for 21 ish bucks and I put them in as soon as I got home. And after blinking a few times I did have slightly blurry vision but it cleared quickly and suchhhhhh a relief no burns or Stinging as a few have mentioned. I like that they are seperate little plastic vials. I used 3 drops in each eye and still have some left.

I had blurry vision for a long time. My eyes started burning and felt oily. I tried to rinse it out. I used to use similasan eye drops and borion until they were recalled.

Immediate relief for dry eyes! I like that one vial is enough for both eyes although I use one vial for each eye because of constant computer use and being outdoors. I’ve had dry eye syndrome for years and this brand works well for me. It’s my first time trying Optive Advanced and will purchase it again.

I was using a high end brand from the eye doctor’s office. I have moderate dry eye and these drops work fantastic for half the price!
Great eye lubricant!

Great lubricant! And the convenience of having pre-measured individual droppers. One vial is enough for both eyes!

My eye doctor recommended these because they are perfect for my condition. I need 2 drops in each eye, wait 1 minute and then another 2 drops in each eye. There are SUPPOSED to have 0.4mL. A "drop" is 0.05mL. There SHOULD be 8 drops in each single use container. (this is why my doctor recommended them. When I first started using them they had 8 drops in each container. NOW most of the containers have only FIVE drops. This is 38% LESS than 0.4mL. These now cost TWICE AS MUCH. I need 2 containers and must throw away the unused portion of the second because there are no preservatives (a good thing) and my doctor said never save an open container.
Great product that works!

I love that these eye drops are separated into individual use vials, so that way I don’t have to worry about accidentally touching the multi-use vial to a surface and it getting contaminated! Also sharing a multi-use eye drop bottle isn’t sanitary or safe, so single use vials are more logical if you have others that might occasionally need an eye drop that you have! Plus they’re more portable and won’t leak like the multi-use options! The eye drops themselves aren’t gel but work just as effectively and no stinging or burning when using! I highly recommend, they’re my go to!
The best eye drops!

I've tried so many different types and brands of eye drops, and these ones are my favorite. They moisturize my dry eyes so well, and never leave them feeling like there's a film on them or anything. I also appreciate that they come in individual vials, so they're more sanitary. It also makes it really easy to throw a few into your purse or wallet so you're never without them when you need it. They're a bit pricey, but for the quality, they're worth it.

If I could give these 0 stars I would. I have severe dry eye and these made it 10 times worse. Absolutely no relief and my eyes ended up hurting more with the drops then without.

I have chronic dry eyes, so bad that I’m on prescription eye drops (restasis). This specific box of eye drops are hands down the best I’ve used, and I’ve tried almost everything. Something about these specific eye drops moisturizes better and for longer than the even the other Refresh brand eye drops. They do create a little bit of eye goop in the corner of your eye but that’s the only con. I don’t experience any burning like other reviewers mentioned.

HAPPY CUSTOMER HERE - 4 years ago, Verified purchaser
I have tried nearly every eye drop and emollient under the sun and they either don't work for dry eye or they leave a film on the eye that makes it hard to see, or they cause an allergic reaction in my eyes. I have dry eye, especially in my R eye caused by Lasix surgery and on top of it, I have super sensitive eyes so even many of the supposedly preservative free eye drops and gels/emollients out there cause problems for me. I've tried medicated drops from my eye doctor like the one that starts with the "X" (Xiddra, or something like that) and Restasis, but both don't work for me because I'm allergic to the preservatives in them so my eyes get pink within a couple days of using them. After doing some research, I decided to give this a try and it has really helped. And the best part for me is, so far anyway, no allergic reaction. One drop in each eye is all anyone needs so pop the top back on and stick it somewhere sanitary and "upright" to use at another time. Refresh is a brand my eye surgeon highly recommended, but this particular formulation works best for me!
