[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These gloves work well for throwing boxes in below zero temps. Yes you loose some dexterity but that's the cost for extra insulation. If you're a person whose hands sweat a lot, you may want to consider something else, because these gloves disapate moisture slowly. Otherwise, they have kept my hands warm working in -16F temps so far.
They are excellent gloves!!

They are too thick to be ambidextrous. So no writing with them.
Also they run small my suggestion would be to buy a size larger than you usually wear.
