X-Large (my normal size) but still hard to put on and not very flexible due to the double insulation, me thinks; difficult to use to do normal work that requires grasping and holding on to things, have to remove them too often for this. Very warm at below-zero temps so long as I just wear them for walking the dog in the woods, for example, where no grasping of things is required. Maybe they will break in, maybe not.
