So far they've been working great for keeping my hands warm without any wind-chill. My only complaint is the napped leather sheds fibers, not sure if that'll be an issue later on

Here in Minnesota, we had a -20 windchill day and these mitts kept my hands toasty warm. If I could change one thing, I would make them more bendable, but I assume that with time they will break in.

It pretty much defeats the benefit of having a mitt. Item 0216R is a three fingered mitt with a three fingered lining. But, importantly, it does not have a cuff so snow and wood chips and seeds get trapped inside. I need BOTH a cuff and a three fingered liner in the same product!

I used these mittens in Montana winters when I worked on the railroad. Sometimes -45 f , with a pair of light liners worked great. Now I use them for shoveling and Ice fishing. Tough, durable and well built. You won’t be disappointed.
