When received I attempted to pair to my device. 1. It would not complete the pair 2. It shows there are mismatch parts. Due to this I can not use the “find my” location option. When calling tech support they referred me to a link that sent me to a protection plan. Not one person asked what my issue was only kept telling me it must be 3 days before my purchase is put in their system but I can use the chat if I had questions.

Bought these as a quick fix for my boyfriend. Got them September 8th, shipped them to him and today September 25th, the button to answer calls/connect to your phone broke and won't even connect. He's updated his phone and even called support. Now I have to pay off a loan to broken headphones that can't even be used. And I can't even return them or get a refund because of the expired return date. Probably will never buy again, struggling enough right now and very disappointed for "very excellent" condition only to break in less than a month.

Do not buy anything refurbished from Target. I purchased these headphones back in August and couldn’t connect them to my device. I contacted Target who took no ownership and told me to contact Apple. After contacting Apple support I learned that these headphones were never wiped clean from the last owner, and that I wouldn’t be able to use them at all unless the Apple ID had not been deleted. Apple also confirmed that the headphones were not covered by a six month warranty as Target had indicated on the purchase. False advertising! When I contacted Target about the issue they kept giving me the runaround. It has been over two months of dealing with customer service and the Assurant phone number only to keep having to escalate my situation to get resolved. Target has taken zero ownership of this issue, first they told me I need to go back to the manufacturer, then they told me I need to go to the third-party that they purchased the headphones from, all of which made no sense to me. If I buy an item from Target and I have an issue, Target should take ownership and be able to fix it. I shouldn’t have to go through all these other companies in order to get my issue resolved. It’s been two months I still can’t use the headphones and I still don’t have a resolution.

I was really excited about these. They are in great condition like if they were never used except for the ear cushion you could tell but it wouldn’t be problem. The biggest downside is they’re still connected to previous owner which is what ruined it. Will be returning 😐
