I understand the item is used and would not come in an original Apple box. However, I am so disappointed in the way the item was packaged or lack there of. The box had no foam to protect the ipad. It was literally moving all around the box and cant imagine what it went through during the delivery process. It is working and I don’t need see damage just high disappointed that everything seemed to be thrown in a box.
