A: The Reid Mid Century Platform bed is not very difficult to assemble. It may require two people just due to size of piece, but could be assembled by one person also.

I love this bed frame. It’s a little time consuming to assemble, you do need a second person to help. the bed frame is sturdy, cute and provides great support so we don’t miss the box spring.

This bed is beautiful and definitely hits the retro mark I was wanting. I was hesitant because of the low price, expecting something of iffy quality, but was pleasantly surprised! It was definitely a feat putting it together alone and correctly, but I love it.

Very nice looking bed, however the middle leg is completely useless which makes it creak as well as makes it very weak and unable to support two people on a mattress (my boyfriend and I are not heavy by any means). We had to purchase an extra metal support bar off amazon to make this frame work. This frame is at least $150 less than other comparable models so it might be okay for a guest bedroom. Additionally putting together the frame is no easy task, however if you’re fairly handy you can manage.
