I don't know why the other reviewers gave this product 3 stars. I would disagree on the low rating. I have been prone to motion sickness since childhood. While Dramamine helps with short trips, it leaves me sleepy. Scopolamine patch results in side effects that are not tolerable. This relief band has been a my savior on cruise ships and flights. I actually prefer the one that requires battery replacement over the charging one as I worry that I would need to take off to charge while still needing to wear it. I have recommended it to others and they agree that it is a little miracle (bonus is no side effects).
