Q: Why does it suddenly stop working? I have had to purchase 2 and the second one just stopped working. I change the batteries, I keep it clean, I use it infrequently but they always just die randomly.

Q: Why is this listed as electric when it's battery operated ?

Q: Where and how do you put the batteries in the shaver?

  • A: The batteries are installed at the bottom of the shaver. The ring that the rope is connected to, turn it counter clockwise and pull away to access the battery compartment.
