Had one in the past and it was time to upgrade the old one would not take a charge anymore.

Battery almost died in 18 months with once a week use. Can't replace the battery and don't know what to do.

I received as a gift and it has been great but know that the beard and face tool broke and they are sold out of them, its useless.

We've only had it for a few months, and suddenly died. Tried changing it, but no matter how long we left it to charge... it didn't. It was great while it worked... but I would have preferred for it to work alot longer than a few months.

This trimmer is great if you want a LONGER beard/stubble. Attachments are great except if you want a 'long stubble beard' - for me that is a #1.5 or 4.5 mm guide. This does not have this and you cannot purchase one separately. Wahl trimmers do have a #1.5 or 4.5mm comb. otherwise this seems great. Can't speak on durability yet. I may end up returning for lack of that comb.

All the attachments were useful, and helped get great detail to his facial hair without cutting himself. The battery lasted a few uses. He would buy this product and suggest it to others!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually received 2 of these to review. Therefore my hubby and my father got a chance to test them out for me. They both at first looked at the box and thought they would be a piece of junk. Quite to the contrary they were pleasantly impressed. The charge on them was pretty fast and held up well. It actually held up for several days. They liked the different sizing abilities to it and said the measurements for it were really accurate. Storage for the razor was easy and no mess as well. They liked the smooth trim ability that is on this razor. They also said the razor had a smooth glide, no rough shake as found with many of them. Very happy and hope they continue to work well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is so accurate! I was able to use this to trim my mustache and sideburns, this is the most important aspect of the trimmer for me. I really like that it came with a charge and that I could use it right away.

This is a nice and useful product but I think it should run at a higher speed to really be perfect. Also requires a guide for correct accessories insertion. They can be easily installed in the wrong orientation. You can make it better.
