I bought a 2 months supply of the Adult 50+ Probiotic. I stopped taking it within a couple weeks because it gave me too much gas! I had never used this product, but switched because the old product was no longer available.

I definitely noticed a difference when I started taking these capsules. I didn't realize the taste I had in my mouth was from the bad bacteria in my gut and that's been eliminated. These capsules definitely work.

I keep reading more and more about how our gut microbiome affects so many aspects of our health. I had cancer last year and I have been really conscious of my overall health since then, so I was really glad to have a chance to try the 50+ probiotic. I feel that it has helped me--I tend to alternate between extremes with elimination, so I felt that this has helped me stay more on an even keel.
