The bowls were extremely sturdy and very deep. I felt like the size wasn’t big enough for my daily uses for bowls, so I will size up next time I buy them.

I have used them for soup, beans with broth, and ice cream to name a few. They hold up Really well to any liquid and don’t get soggy. I would highly recommend these bowls!

Love that they are eco friendly though and super handy for snacks and quick meals.

I love that the Repurpose Compostables use what would otherwise be waste products to make sturdy, natural and compostable tableware. The 16 ounce bowls are nice and deep, I microwave double pack of oatmeal frequently and a more shallow bowl would boil over, no issues with the Repurpose bowls. They stand up well to wet food like soup and juicy watermelon and are sturdy enough to carry a filled bowl by the lip with no issues. Great alternative for those times I need something disposable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been having a lot of medical problems lately, and in reading about what causes these problems, I came across research saying that the dishes I am using may be the cause. I started to look for more "organic" options. I am happy that I got these bowls. They do not have any chemicals but are sturdy and can hold everything from hot soup to ice cream. They are also microwave-safe for any left-overs. I am also happy that they are repurposed and can be recycled. Hopefully using these bowls will help me eliminate some chemicals in my life!

It makes me feel better to use something that will decompose and not sit in a landfill for years and years. I was very happy with the product. Will buy them again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For paper bowls these are pretty solid. They are deeper than other standard bowls. They hold their shape and are sturdy for soup, chilli or cereal. They are thicker than most other disposable bowls ive used in the past. I had hoped that they being thicker would help in the area of how hot they were with soup or chilli but it didn't really seem to be any different as compared to regular thinner bowls. They did hold their form better as previously stated though.

Using these bowls eliminates need for washing without going to a landfill after we use them. They are sturdy enough to hold chili and a nice shape to get that last drop of soup. Great bowls!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I like is the fact they are made from plants, microwaveable and seem sturdier then I thought they’d be. I’d say they are best used for cold or room temp foods. I used mine with beef stew. The bottom of the bowl does get soft and leaves condensation on the table.

Not to blame them but all too often products do not have the strength once any food is placed into it. They become floppy, sometimes leak and break. Never experienced this with the ECO bowls we used. They held there shape, were strong when filled and best of all Eco friendly. Glad we tried them.

They were perfect for reheating leftovers and for storing small items on the kitchen counter, such as cherry tomatoes and plums. It was an added bonus that the bowls were repurposed and eco friendly.
