A: We recommend following all label directions for the best results when using Resolve Pet High Traffic Foam. Vacuuming the carpet after the product has dried will remove dried foam and loosened dirt.

A: I have light gray carpet. There is NO BLEACH SMELL NOR DISCOLORATION AT ALL, MATTEROF FACT IT IS RATHER PLEASANT SMELLING.

This stuff has potentially ruined my rug. I shrugged off the smell thinking it would dissipate, it doesn’t. It smells exactly like male cat urine/ammonia. I can’t believe this stuff is on the market. It’s going back to the store, and I never complain to companies, but I may have to complain to their corporate office. Please, do not purchase this stuff!

This stuff is incredible. I bought a thick wool runner rug for $20 off Marketplace from someone who had an elderly dog with issues. It definitely needed cleaning, but I didn’t want to spend a fortune taking it somewhere to be cleaned professionally. This stuff was easy to use (I highly recommend the Resolve brush, it made it even easier) and made a tremendous difference! To clean this rug thoroughly used 2 cans. I’m going to get more to give it another pass just because I think it was that soiled. Plus, the foam smells fabulous. My $20 wool rug now looks almost brand new! Now if only Resolve made a product to repair tassels……..

Used on my carpet a few hours ago and now my whole apartment smells like cat pee. I don’t even own a cat and nothing I do is getitng rid of this smell. Save yourself and look for another product

This carpet cleaner stained my rug more than what I was trying to clean up! It pulled the dark colors out of the rug and left a big dark spot. I have to buy a new rug now. Beware!

I like that it is fresh smelling and cleans stains quickly if used correctly. I also like that I can use it on my canvas shoes prior to washing them in the washer; I get an excellent result using this product both ways.

After several uses the cap falls off easily preventing you from depressing the spray trigger. To finish the can you have to hold the base of the cap and depress the trigger. Besides that annoyance, I cannot tell if this is actually resolving the pet odors successfully as my pet continues to wandering around the spots they've soiled. It is so-so cleaning out stains.
