Reversible Printed Floral Scalloped Quilt and Sham Set - Great Bay Home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the pattern of the quilt and the scalloped edges. The quilt is also reversible. Solid on one side, and patterned on the other. When I first removed the quilt and pillow covers, the texture was not nice. Very cheap and scratchy feeling. It’s also quite thin. The content tag said it was 100% cotton with 100% polyester fill but it doesn’t seem like it’s “filled” because it’s so thin. The washing directions were simply. I washed it in cold water with fabric softener and tumble dry low. The feel was still the same. I would probably recommend using this quilt as a topper/decor for another comforter or duvet. This quilt will probably be best for summer bedding for a lighter blanket but not for any type of winter sleep that requires more warmth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This quilt set is really cute. The solid color side is more on a thicker cotton/poly blend fabric and the print side feels more like a double gauze cotton. Perfect weight for summer as it’s not too heavy or hot.

It says full/queen but is too short to even cover the sides of the mattress so looks awkward on a queen. Pillow shams were too small for my memory foam standard pillows. I dont expect this to stand up to any heavy use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fabric of the quilt is thin, not too thick which is great as I split my time between Arizona and Mexico - making it the perfect weight for these temperatures…but if you lived in a colder climate you would still need a duvet to stay warm in winter. The design is beautiful as is the scalloped edging on the quilt. I liked the mauve, however my mother thought it felt too “grandma ish”. I think it’s great for a shabby chic home.

The blue color is rich and calming, and the scalloped edge gives it a really charming, finished look. As for function, it is very thin. In any sort of cool climate, this will not work as a comforter, but will work nicely as an additional blanket in the spring/summer on cool nights. I have it in our guest room, which is the perfect spot for occasional use. Overall, I would recommend as a decorative touch, but not as a heavy use quilt.

The cotton is very soft, hypoallergenic and free of toxins. The quilt is very thin and light weight great for hotter weather. It looks beautiful and adds elegance to any room. Amazing quality, I can wait to see how it holds up to being machine washed. It’s available in many prints and designs, so you can choose your favorite one !

The fabric is smooth and not scratchy which has been wonderful sleeping comfortably. The fit was perfect on my queen bed and I absolutely love the reversible design! The pattern is super pretty. I like that I will be able to wash it in my washer machine. It had no strong small when I opened it so I put it right on my bed. I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful pattern for Spring, however, it did come with a stain on the pillow case as shown. The quilt seems very low quality as the fabric is not soft and very uncomfortable. It reminds me of a hotel/old beach house bedding that is very cheap and unusable. I actually washed and dried this (which was very easy) the day I received it only to get in bed and end up taking it off and using my old bedding instead. It’s great for looks but not of good quality to actually use.
