I like this pillow because it’s not overly thick. Although it does have an odor, So I’m leaving it in the other room until it stops smelling

We've been using these pillows for a couple days now and I'm not clear on where all the positive reviews are coming from. First the pillows took a while to actually ship. Upon receipt, there was a pretty strong odor. I left them out in the sun for the afternoon hoping the smell would dissipate in the fresh air and the UV would sanitize a little. Unfortunately, the smell is still strong days later, and worse yet, the pillows are not comfortable. There does seem to be a difference between the two sides, but neither is supportive or comfortable. On the gel side, its like the pillow disintegrates under your head. I found myself shoving my arm underneath for support. The reverse is not much better. I'm 5'1" and a back sleeper, so my preference is for a rather low loft to keep my chin from dropping toward my chest. This pillow appears to fit the bill, but when you lay down the pillow seems to disappear. Super bummed given all the great "sampling reviews."

I have historically had a terrible time choosing a pillow. I tend to keep my pillows for way too long once I find something I like. I get bad headaches when I have an uncomfortable pillow. This pillow has been wonderfully surprising. The two different types of support depending which side I use really helps to keep me comfortable all night. This nue by Novaform reversible support pillow with gel memory foam has become my new favorite pillow. I love that each side has a different support. One side is soft and the other firm. If one night I want a softer pillow, all I have to do is flip it over. With the gel memory foam, it is soft but provides just the right amount of support! Great pillow with great new features! It is firm and soft at the same time. If you just go by touch alone, it has a firmer feeling. But once you lay on it, it contours to your head and is the best pillow I've ever slept on. I chose to do a satin cover. I've been through a lot of pillows claiming to be a memory pillow. None of them have been half as nice as this one. As soon as you're up it goes back to the original shape. You can look at the stitching and structure of it, it will last a long time. It is very well made. The Novaform bed pillow is awesome. I love this pillow because it offers support. It is firm but at the same time so comfortable. This pillow is reversible which is so nice. This is my first memory foam pillow. I definitely am hooked and will be purchasing more. The pillow fits around my head has just the right amount of firmness. This Novaform reversible support pillow with gel memory foam is just ok. One side is a thick "hard" memory foam and the other is a softer cottony foam? Its not very thick and i dont really care for the soft side, and the hard side is a little too firm for me. I have actually found a pillow that gives support and is firm, but at the same time it is very comfortable. I am not fighting with this pillow to get comfortable. After sleeping all night on this pillow it is not all flat like some would be. I also really like the fact it does not make me hot. I had a really good nights sleep.
