A: Hi JJ, Regular aluminum foil does not have a non-stick coating. You need to grease it with cooking spray, butter, or oil to create a non-stick surface. Non-stick aluminum foil has been coated with a nonstick food-grade coating, which prevents it from sticking to oil or food during baking or cooking. Best, Nomzamo

The non-stick version is perfect!! Makes cooking and baking easier and healthier!! I put a little “rack” in convection oven and bake, so it makes it perfect for cooking fatty foods to remove fat from items like bacon!!! Yes I cook bacon like that and it’s just as wonderful with eggs or on an arugula salad!!! 👍

I have used this wrap for several years. It was one of my “go to” products for easy cleanup when I baked just about anything in my oven.I last purchased a double pack a few years ago and it finally ran out. This is definitely not the same Reynolds Wrap I purchased 2 years ago. #1 It’s far thinner and tears easily, #2 It now has an oily coating that the original never had, #3 There’s a weird chemical odor that wasn’t there before. This is probably my last purchase of nonstick wrap. The cost isn’t worth the poor quality.
