I have never purchased a Safavieh item that I have not loved. This light is stylish and good quality. I purchased two. However, one box was missing the 2 x part G screwed balls needed to mount the light. I was able to temporarily use mismatched nuts and bolts to install the light until a replacement light containing all of the necessary parts can be shipped next week. The only option of remedy I was given was to return the light that is missing the parts and repurchase another one. All I need are two black part G screwed balls.
