Q: Does this have a wide mouth/opening?

A: No, you have to somehow get the lotion from the bottom of the jar to come out the little opening on top. It’s impossible!

A: Hi Shay- Thank you for your interest in the . The whole top doesn't come out, only the spout comes off. You can refill the pump by taking it out. I hope this helps. - Emma

Q: 1). How does the lid come off. Does it screw or pop off. Can't get it to budge and don't want to force it. 2) Also I don't see a tube connected to the pump. Is it missing or what.

A: Hello Seh - Thank you for your Question! This Ribbed Glass soap pump features a jar-like shape with a black plastic pump for an appealing look. The spout/pump comes off for you to add in the product and has a screw top lid. The pump is connected to a tube within however since it is made of glass, the pump is not clearly visible from the outside. Hope this helps! - Eram

Purchased two of these in store so everything looked functional but BOTH of them leak soap somehow. The whole lid doesn’t come off so the leak is difficult to locate and I haven’t been able to stop it. It just drips down the side and leaves a huge ring of soap on the bottom. Would not purchase again.

I bought this glass soap pump bottle to hold Target’s Everspring hand soap because the pump on that soap bottle didn’t work. Well, what do you know, the soap pump on this glass bottle doesn’t work either. I pumped it multiple times and I even tried removing the straw and putting it back in, but that didn’t help. I had to return it for a refund. I guess I’ll switch to the 7th Generation brand of hand soap. The only reason this item didn’t get an “F” grade from me is that the glass bottle is pretty stylish, and compliments my bathroom. Grade: D

Love this pump! It’s so cute, and even works with my thick Aveeno Body Lotion. My one thing to warn - even though it looks like the whole top/black part comes off, only the spout comes out / off. So once I put in my Aveeno I didn’t realize I was committing to it forever. lol

I was disappointed that the colors are much less vibrant than pictured. The paint is also already chipping after a few uses. What I do like is that thought went into designing the letters so that none of them are a choking hazard.
