    Great doorbell, but I will admit the automated voice replies and motion detection tend to lag at times. Additionally, the video feed can be a bit grainy. This could very well be my WiFi, though I don’t encounter this problem nearly as much with my wired floodlight cam, so I’m thinking it has more to do with the doorbell design. Otherwise, I love the ability to see who’s at the door and respond virtually- if at all - and visual and communicate with drivers as it relates to package deliveries. I also love the ability to integrate it with my Alexa devices for added control.

    This was incredibly easy to install. Once you are connected to the WiFi network, it pretty much installs itself. The battery lasts a good amount of time with the best picture settings too. The field needs to be adjusted if you don’t want so many alerts, but that’s easy too.

    Easy to install. Installed in less than 10 minutes. We previously had an older version and there doesn’t seem to be a ton of difference in features between the 2. However we live in a very cold state and with our old ring, it would stop working in the cold. We’ve had no issues with picture quality during the winter.

To set up your Ring Wired Doorbell Pro, you can scan the QR code on your Ring device or product packaging via the Ring app. Follow these instructions in the Ring app: Tap the three lines (≡) on the left side of your dashboard in the Ring app. Tap "Set up a Device" and select "Doorbells." Tap "I’m Ready to Scan." Point your smartphone’s camera at the QR code on your Ring device or product packaging. (Note: If you don’t see the QR code, please remove your video doorbell’s faceplate). Center the code in the phone camera’s view at the bottom half of the screen. When the code is recognized, a green square will appear and a pop-up with your device image detected. I’ve always heard great things about them and I can say for myself that I agree with all the positive reviews. It was easy to install. The quality of the picture is great. Night quality isn’t as good but still doable. I initially got this so I could keep track of packages that are dropped off. With all the thieves out there now a days, especially around the holidays, it makes me feel safer when a package is dropped off when I’m not home. This detects and notifies me as soon as someone comes to the door. Overall, I’m very happy with this product.

The angles and viewing areas are better than I expected and the clarity of view is excellent. HD audio sound is terrific. Night time viewing also exceeded our expectations. So with excellent video quality, sound quality, seeing full view images and great night vision we're very pleased with the Pro 2. Also happy to say that the motion detectors haven't set off any notifications that are in error yet so the accuracy is quite good. Great, high quality device.

I am a slow adopter to technology but several of my neighbors have a Ring Doorbell and I have finally joined the club. I had a regular doorbell but this product as very easy to install. I appreciate that this product came with a wall mount to help make the product fit better. I like that I can see what's happening on my front porch from my home. I feel way safer and more secure with this product installed. I highly recommend this product!

Installation was so easy I just removed my old regular doorbell and mounted this new one. Setting up the app was so easy to navigate. It really does give me a peace of mind especially knowing when I'm not home when my packages get delivered and to make sure they stay there. You can even record a message letting a delivery driver know where to exactly leave the packages. The 30 ft covers my whole front yard so I'm alerted whenever someone comes on my property. If you are looking for the newest and best video doorbell definitely give this a try and you won't be disappointed.
