Tastes like the most perfect clean and not bitter jasmine green tea. I can't speak about the other elderberry one they have on here, bc I only get the plain Jasmine green tea. But I follow the prep 175 degree water and 3-4 min seep, perfect! Not too strong. Note you're not supposed to seep jasmine tea at boiling hot or for too long, as it gets super bitter. Will definitely repurchase. Highly recommend!

This very expensive tea tastes too bitter because of the ginger the manufacturers added to the ingredients. There's way better tasting elderberry tea out there than this.

Super fragrant jasmine, flavorfully balanced organic green tea, so delicious! Each sachet holds a large amount of high quality tea leaves to deeply infuse the tea fragrance well into my cup. I think that's why the bags are larger than other brands. Rishi is my new favorite tea brand.

When I have chai, I enjoy more emphasis on the tea flavor than sugar. I've had lots of types and pretty much love them all so long as they have a good, bold flavor with a nice balance of spices. I ordered this pack because I've had other rishi teas that were great. I've tried their chai concentrate and wasn't really impressed with how mild it was or the overwhelming citrus taste from the preservatives, but figured the tea bags would give me more control over sugar, steeping time, etc. Well this was frankly awful. The only flavor to come across was cinnamon. I swear with sugar and milk it tasted like a cup of red hots. Not what I'm looking for from a chai, and frankly very cheap tasting for a tea this expensive. I would not recommend it.

I wanted to like this but the tea flavor was okay and the bags are made of plastic mesh. Disappointed in the plastic tea bags that are not healthy for people and not compostable.

As soon as I opened one of the packets (why is the packet so large for such a small teabag?), I lowered my expectations, as the fragrance was very mild. And -- no surprise -- the resulting tea wasn't very robust. Also, I may have missed something in the product description, or it may not have been included, but I didn't see any mention that the teabags were nylon, which contain microplastics -- seems a bit odd to offer organic tea in unhealthy bags. Who needs boiled microplastics in their tea? ("New study finds nylon tea bags leech billions of microplastics into every single cup of tea.") Yikes. Microplastics are reported to be in our water supply anyway, but we don't need to ingest any more than is avoidable. Also, nylon teabags aren't compostable. But I bought a stainless steel tea infuser, and I now empty two of the tea sachets into the infuser, which gives me a stronger brew and avoids steeping nylon along with the tea. So not all is lost, but my search for a less wimpy Masala chai (with compostable paper teabags) continues...

This is hands down the best chai tea out there. Paired with Nutpods Unsweetened French Vanilla creamer you can’t go wrong. I have never seen it available for purchase in any local store, but it is available (intermittently) to purchase and have shipped.

The tea was in a plastic bag. Once I got the tea bag out it’s in a polyactic acid PLA sachet that you immerse in boiling water. Not safe by my standards do your research on PLA’s. Organic is pointless with the packaging and bag material. I will look for another brand.

Rich chai flavor that lasts for the entire cup of tea.

I can't live without this tea. It has 8 great benefits (Google it). It makes me feel great through out the day, I don't feel the same without it. A must have for your morning routine.

I discovered this tea randomly in the Target website and have been drinking it for a few months now. I personally think it’s a great tasting tea. It doesn’t have an overpowering, bitter taste. So, I usually dont mind drinking it without any sweetener in it. It doesn’t really have a strong matcha taste as I would have liked. But it’s still a great choice for a green tea.

This is one of the most cleanly sourced tea brands I can find. The tea is organic and similar quality to loose leaf even though it’s in a sachet. The sachet is made using a plant-based material. I prefer their loose leaf version but it is hard to find!

This is by far the BEST chai ever-- Please never stop carrying it! There's nothing else like it out there

This is a very fine tea. The sachet bag is very generously sized and the tea has full flavor.

I don’t drink coffee; tea for me. I have drank many tea brands and types. This is good tasting jasmine tea. Fragrant, smooth and no bitter after taste. Took one star off for excessive packaging! Box and tea wrappings are unnecessarily big and cost is on the high end.
