I tried these first before buying the bigger box. I didn't have to worry about measuring the strips because they were already pre cut. I took the tape off after 9 hours after it held on through a sweaty concert. I did not use nipple pads so I would suggest not doing that.

The brands roll tape was better for my 40G breasts. It was difficult to take off the pre cut tape because it didn't have theumph I needed. Even though it was only on for 5 hours, it left scratches on the edges.

This product is perfect for backless or deep cut outfits. It was similar to a bandaid when it took off. I wore nipple covers so that they didn't hurt or cause any issues.

It was comfortable for over twenty hours. It's convenient to have strips that can be cut to fit. If you peel up a corner to adjust, it won't stick anymore.
