Just started using the light therapy about 24 days ago. I think it's to early to tell. I'm hoping the light stimulates the collagen around mouth area and chin.

I love the red light. I use it everyday. I can tell a difference in the first week. My skin feels smoother and appears more clear.

I’ve been using this since late November and my skin looks incredible. I have a brown pigment spot from the sun on my cheek. I’ve tried laser and expensive creams. I used this for a short period and my brown pigment spot is disappearing!! Plus it worked on my menstrual cramps. My pain disappeared!!

So I have only used this for 3 days and the skin is looking better, but more importantly I used this on my neck and trap muscles and I can tell a major difference in the pain already. I really need a bigger one honestly. I feel like the skin is a great perk but the relief from pain is even better.

I find it very easy to work into my current routine without designing time to use it. I think my skin is brighter and looks more youthful after just 3 weeks. The only con to this is it is so small. I found a review saying it was 12x7 or something like that, but it isn't. It's 6x6 and it is impossible to get full face coverage with just 5 mins. It's more like each side for 5 and the forehead for 5, so 15 or 20 depending on how you position it and if your trying to get your neck too. I use it when I'm getting ready, so it works out fine for me, but you need ro plan for at least 15 mins for the whole face.

Over time, I have found results improve however I have only been using this one for a week and I have seen improvements in this time. I find Trophy Skin staff easy to deal with and their customer service is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This light really made my hyper pigmentation much worse. My dark spots became inflamed and puffy. I'm not happy because I bought this light to help minimize the spots not make them much much worse. I will say I do feel like the light did something for the rest of my skin. I'm not sure what but in some way it does look better. If you have dark spots I would highly recommend you stay away from this light. Disappointing I spent money to make my face look worse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This light is so easy to set up. It’s very relaxing when I’m using it. I can see the difference in the fine lines of my face and I love that it’s five minutes twice a day so it’s not a whole lot of time that I need to commit to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure the device is helping? I’ve been doing 10 minute treatments on my face and hands for over a month and haven’t seen any improvement. I got this for anti-aging benefits, acne scars, hyperpigmentation and reducing the capillaries around my nose. My face looks smoother after using the light, but it doesn’t last more than a few hours. I have actually had more acne since using this product and I use birth control and spironolactone to deal with my acne. I’m surprised to have acne again. The product is well made and I like the 5 minute timer for safety. I’ve tried to avoid moving the neck around too much and knocking around the lamp portion since the attachment points are fragile. The light is very bright and I do use the little goggles that came with the lamp. I don’t put the strap behind my head when using the goggles. The goggles cut into my eyes when using the strap. I just let the goggles rest on my face.

I liked that you need only 5 minute cycles, but I found myself having to run multiple cycles just to cover my whole face. As a mother of 5, I don’t have much time for self care, so time is very important to me!

I have to position this so that I can lay down underneath it just because sitting for 5 minutes is hard for me. (I am an adult.. I know..) but playing a meditation while laying down and taking care of my skin for my routine has been a great way to start my day!

I love being able to set this up and do a meditation during the 5 minute timer as a part of my morning or evening routine. The base is quite heavy and a little cumbersome if I’m just trying to chill with it in bed but I have been loving using it!
