Rated at 50,000 BTUs of heat, this large rounded outdoor fire pit burns liquid propane, but can be converted to natural gas by a certified natural gas technician using a Real Flame conversion kit, sold separately. I bought this fire pit almost a year and a half ago. The structure is starting to crumble and crack. It’s a flew in the craftsmanship and design. Not warrantied. I would not purchase this product again. Too expensive for it to start falling apart right away

It comes with instructions but it's straightforward, just make sure you shake the dust out of the rocks before putting them in the pit. It has a 6 feet long hose for the propane tank and it comes with a base for the tank. It also comes with additional touch up paint, a battery for the igniter and a cover for the pit. Build quality is very good. It's not that heavy and it feels like cement, rough and heavy duty.
