I had the flu that gave me a massive headache, body aches and a really bad cough. The medicine has a weird texture that's both watery and syrupy. Goes easily down a sore throat but needs to mix the leftover with water. Supposed to be raspberry flavor but it just tastes sweet and minty to me. Not unpleasant. First dose wasn't effective at suppressing cough at all. Second dose was better and reduced the cough enough for me to sleep. Third time seems to be the charm and I feel almost normal. No drowsiness. Average value.

It has artificial dyes and caused me to break out with hives! It also tasted terrible and did not help to relieve my symptoms.

I don't remember Robitussin ever tasting this bad, that's why I used to always buy it over the other brands. It's raspberry mint and it definitely has a menthol taste to it, I have to chase it with water. I will say that it works for a cold though, so it's still worth using.

I have a bad cold (no nausea) but within 10 minutes of taking this, I threw it back up. Was fine after I threw it up so it was definitely this that made me sick

Robitussin is always in my medicine cabinet just in case of the cold or flu season. The syrup has a berry flavor, is fast, effective for cough and mucus relief, is nondrowsy, and has a soothing effect. The bottle has a child-proof cap and the 8 oz bottle will last for a long time. Also the medication has less side effects which is just fantastic. Not recommended for children.

Couch cold + flu helps but it makes me sleepy although the label says non-drowsy. I’m not sure if it’s because if you have the flu it’s best you rest and not work like me, but this is better when you are able to lay in bed. I will buy again of course. 😄

Robitussin really does the trick! Anytime I get sick, I always get a respiratory infection. This helps so much to get my cough under control so I can actually rest. Other medicines like NyQuil don’t do much for me and makes me super sleepy even if they advertise “non drowsy”. Robitussin makes me feel better almost immediately. It almost has a cooling taste and affect. 100% recommended!

This Robitussin didn't help with anything. Took it through out the day and didn't have any effect. Dayquil on the other hand makes you see a big difference.

Guaifenesin drops blood sugars so bad .it could kill someone took a 400 mg 4 hour one for weeks while covid . Dropped blood sugars so fast I had to eat raw sugar to try to keep up .ended up in ER .

I bought this for my cough last week 1/4/23 and it does not work for me. It seems as though Robitussin has lost its strength as i remember this being the only thing that worked. I will try the natural line if i can get this bottle replaced!
