A: Hi, Thanks for your question. For S8 plus, it only has a small water tank, the volume is 300ml. If you don't want to fill in the water tank every day, we recommend that you could consider our S8 maxv ultra, whose volume of the clean water tank is 4L.

A: It means this battery is specilized for the Roborock robots. It cannot be used for other brands or devices like phone, camera etc.

Very happy i only have hard floor so im not sure how it works on carpet. I have 2 dogs 3 cats and it does well with keeding those hair ball from collecting in the corners. Does great with the dirt thats dragged in. Love the no go zones and how well it navigate s around everything

This robot vacuum is amazing. I had tried another brand and could never (never!) get it to map my house. Roborock mapped it the first round! Additionally, the app is really good and only a few things that don't work perfectly. It also vacuums really well, wet mops the floor to remove the dust and lifts while mopping when it encounters a rug.

We love our roborock s8+ and it does an excellent job at managing pet hair from 2 cats. We previously owned an s7+ and each of our issues with it have been addressed and improved upon in this newer model. The only disappointment is that the obstacle avoidance doesn't work as well as I had hoped.

I have 4 parrots and a dove in my house have never before been able to keep my floors this clean. It does a better job than I ever could 😂 I run it twice a day in the bird room, and once or twice a week in the rest of the house, so I hope it holds up over time. Super impressed with everything about this robo-vac, and am so glad I invested in it! Saves me so much time and effort. Worth every penny.

I wish I could love this product more. The vacuum works well for a 3bdrm house, but the mop function is not the best. When it works, it works well. Robovac gets stuck under a chair a lot.

Our 3rd brand robotic vacuum and RoboRock is on another level, worth the extra cost.The true review of any appliance's worth happens after one year of use. With RoboRock I have confidence the unit will keep on going. The parts used for mfg. are quality. And even more importantly, the app works every time it gets launched on a variety of home electronics. We bought the self-emptying because our very first robot vacuum would not recognize the dust bin was installed. The S8 appears to be the odd man out. The mop cloth replacements are not listed alongside other models. To order mop cloths requires asking for tech support. That is the only odd part of RoboRock I have noted. Their packaging does not list part numbers or model numbers. I will only feel comfortable ordering supplies from the official mfg web site.

You’re not alerted to when the bags are full. Obviously you can look at them and feel them to see. Still not completely sure how full you should let the bag get, but the ease of use and quality seem good thus far. I’m happy and would recommend.
