This is a cute coat, and it is warm. I ordered one size up and it fits. The proportions of the coat are not exactly what I expected. The sleeves are more than long enough but the torso stops at the waist. It works for us, but just know that it does not extend down as far as other children's winter coats.

Got this for my almost 5 year old daughter. She will be 5 in November!. She is 43lbs and 42 inches tall. I was going to get the XS size…for approximately a 4-5T size. That is normally what she wears. But, my gut instinct told me I better go up a size and boy, am I glad I did! I got her the size S. Which is roughly a size 6. It does say size 6 on the tag, too. This JUST fits her right now. It is August. I am praying she will be able to wear this throughout winter this year. It's a bit iffy at this very moment? The quality of the coat is super! It really is made nice and we all love the furry inner pink lining! Especially my daughter!!! I do recommend this coat but, probably want to go up a size at least.

This puffer is warm, soft, and has been a great every day winter coat for her since it gets below freezing temperatures from where we live. It provides her the warmth she needs during school and keeps it on when she gets back home also because its comfy she says

Perfect winter coat for her. The inside is soft due to the sherpa and still remain soft after countless washes. The color is bright and nice also.
This jacket is warm and fuzzy on the inside. I really like this gradient ombre as it is cute and bright. My daughter seems to be enjoying this jacket a lot during the winter jacket as she doesn't want to take it off sometimes indoors

Great sherpa fleece jacket for the price. The color of this jacket is vibrant and the quality feels premium. Heavy and thick. The sizing fits great with room to grow for next cold season. The inside lining of the sherpa is great as it does not shed on her clothes for school and does not peel after washes.
