[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sheets feel thin and the sizing is really off. My pillow cases are huge and feels like my pillows are drowning inside. All the tags say “queen” so I’m not sure how they run so big. Stitching is already coming undone on the pillowcases. After one day on the bed, they are all bunched up and uncomfortable. After two washes they feel like they are 5 years old. The way these sheets look and feel would be when I’d be replacing my other ones already. Not high quality at all. Super disappointed in the amount of money I wasted on them.

Bought these sheets for my daughter as a Christmas present, she texted that they are amazing!!

Ordered these, and for the price, I assumed that the sheets would be greater than 300 thread count, as 300 TC is 1/2 the price paid. I found nothing anywhere on the website that discussed the thread count. The lower the thread count, the faster the sheets disintegrate. Well, when they were received, I couldn't find a single piece of writing that DID NOT have 300 thread count. This is a sham. I overpaid for mediocre sheets. Returning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried the bamboo and linen blend - they weren't as "soft" as the description claimed, and I enjoyed, free - no hassle return of the unopened sets. My husband likes the Bamboo sets because they are "cold," and keep him cool at night (a little too slick/slippery for my liking but tolerable). The long staple cotton - hands down - my favorite. Soft, flannel feel yet not hot like traditional flannel sheets. I absolutely will buy more of this type.

It does not have the same finish as the other two, and it shrank when I washed it; it is now tight on the bed. I won't buy it again, I never know what you will get, and at this price, there no way.

I was looking for quality sheets and hsd made all the normal rounds (Macy's, Dillard's, Brooklinen, etc.). I came across these online and Google Maps said they had a store not too far from me (Clearwater). Turns out it was a corporate office in a warehouse. They couldn't have been nicer. Gabriel (who didn't have to) brought out sample sets in multiple colors and materials. I settled on the long staple cotton sheet set and ordered them when i got home. They're incredibly soft and comfortable. I would definitely buy from them again!

You have to email (no phone number that I can find) and wait a day or more for a response. Then go through a back and forth process that takes too much time. When they drop prices, they don’t do price adjustments. Overall I recommend the product, but not the service.
