I have the original set with the block and I’ve had it for about 15 years. The knives have never needed sharpening. This set out the box the knives were a little dull. The bread and showtime knife, which are my favorite, felt flimsy and not as sturdy as the old ones. Also they will rust easily. I would not recommend putting them in the dishwasher. Overall very disappointing.

Awesome collection of knives! For someone who loves to cook there is a knife for everything. I just wish there was an organizer or holder available for so many knives.
