Winemakers cold ferment the juice and age the wine in stainless steel tanks to maintain the wine’s fresh, fruity delicate aromas and crisp acidity. Taste isn't good - for someone who buys cheap wine this isn't it. Its got a weird straight alcohol taste. I enjoy the other California roots wine but this is not good at all.

This is a great semi-sparkling rosé wine. I usually prefer dry wines so this is a bit sweet for me, but there’s a definite dryness that balances it out. If you’re a moscato-only type of person you probably won’t like this. 12.5 % alcohol, and man can you feel if.

I usually purchase the chardonnay and for the price it's great! They did not have the chardonnay in stock so I decided to try this one. What a mistake. It tastes cheap, when really cold it passable as it warms up it gets a vinegary taste. It also gave me a headache. Save yourself the disappointment. My Friday night wine was ruined with this one! And my head is throbbing. I poured most of the bottle out.
