I love this little can of deliciousness !the flavor pops ,it’s always chunky it’s just the perfect amount in the can I use this to make cheese tortillas soup the tomatoes really add to the flavor !!!

I love these in salsas when it’s off season for fresh tomatoes. It’s also really good in soups, stews and I like to add it to my Spanish rice. It has a really pronounced smoky flavor that adds a little extra to anything you put it in. It is a staple in my pantry. I would highly recommend trying it if you haven’t.

Ro-Tel offers so many flavor profiles. I love the fire roasted because it offers a nice depth of flavor. We add this chili, cheese dips, and casseroles. We actually brought some out to camp with us to make a smoked cheese dip.

Juanita's chips, Velveeta cheese and Fire Roasted Rotel. My current addiction. This makes the most amazing queso dip. I have become a recent fan of original Rotel, but recently found the Fire Roasted and thought it sounded great to make some queso dip. It didn't disappoint. I make this about once a week now. It has a nice Smokey floor that the original lacks and makes for a nice mellow queso dip. Ike I said, my current addiction. O look forward to trying it in some of my other favorite dishes like Mexican pizza. I think it'll add a nice touch! Or should I say taste?! So glad I gave Rotel a try. It doesn't disappoint!!

Perfect for soups, chili’s, dips, casseroles! I always have at least 5 cans minimum in my pantry. I used to keep the original on hand but the fire roasted is so versatile!

We like a bit of heat, and Rotel brings that home! Was foraging in cupboard trying to figure out what to make for dinner without going to market. Sautéed an onion, garlic, added Rotel Fire roasted, along with some black beans, cumin, chili powder and created a delicious ’chili’. Easy!

I love totes but I feel like the Smokey flavor in this specific one is a little too overwhelming if that’s not what you’re looking for I would stay away it can get pretty intense I would only use this for grilling

I really love using this flavor of Rotel in my queso dip because it is SO flavorful and distinct. I love the fire roasted...it brings out the tomatoes so incredibly well. I use this with Velveeta White Queso Cheese to make a dip to have with chips!
