RTIC 32 QT Ultra Light Hard Sided Cooler - Dusty Lilac

The color is absolutely phenomenal and I bought it because it emulated a yeti but let me tell you it is not worth what I paid for it. This ice chest leaked so bad. I followed the directions with pre-chilling the ice chest by letting ice sit in it overnight woke up to the next morning most of the ice had melted, and the puddle was all over my kitchen. It was a wet mess.

I do tons of camping on the river with my kayak. This cooler not only looks amazing but keeps all my food and drinks cold. The ice survives the whole trip. Being on a kayak weight is a big deal, with this cooler its super light weight and fits perfectly inside of my kayak. All my friends have the “other brand” yall know what I am talking about. They wish they went with my cooler the Rtic due to its light weight and capacity. Definitely will be buying more products from this brand. Absolutely love it.

I took this car camping over a rainy 4th and it did not perform well. This was the designated breakfast cooler, so it was only opened a handful of times each morning, then kept in the shade under a tree, but still had to be refilled with ice every day. It also get a large scratch across the top almost immediately, and the lid is stained with dirt that is not coming off with soap and water, or with stronger cleaning products. There were also coolers on this trip from Yeti, Igloo, and Cordova and they all held ice longer and didn't stain (yes, even the basic Igloo). Pretty disappointed in this product, especially for how much I spent on it.

I have owned a few RTIC coolers over the years and just purchased their ultralight series 32L, it’s a great product holds ice really well, the only issue I have with it just like every other model is leaking drain plugs, I was able to fix the issue with a couple of o-rings but RTIC needs to be aware of the issue especially on a brand new cooler I purchased 3 days ago. Otherwise a great product. It would have gotten 5 stars without this issue.

I absolutely love how cute this cooler is. It's super aesthetically pleasing and the bottle opener and basket insert is very helpful. However, I was very disappointed with its ability to keep ice frozen and our drinks cold. We were going to be heading out early the other morning, so we decided to ice our drinks the night before so we could just load and go in the early AM. It was about 9PM when we put in the ice and by 6AM all the ice was melted and our drinks were barely cold. The cooler was even in our house all night so I was so let down when I realized there was no ice. We've used this cooler outdoors as well, and even with sitting it in the shade and off the hot ground the ice is still melted after 5 hours. I had just really hoped for better, as my only experience with RTIC has been with their tumblers, which have kept my ice frozen and drinks freezing for days sometimes. And while I know that a cooler and a tumbler are not the same, I still had high expectations, especially after reading others reviews. It is really cute though.

Cooler is perfect for keeping my waters cold all day as I work on the farm.
