I brought these to party for a few poeple that don't like chocolate. Apparently they exist LOL. These were a hit, especially for one of the folks that is a cinnamon lover.

FYI you can only buy this product at Target, it's sold exclusively to them so you won't find these cupcakes in any other stores. I will literally make up a shopping list as an excuse to pick up these Cinnamon Churro cupcakes and Chocolate Cream cupcakes, both from Rubicon and both to DIE for. Sometimes I will take a cupcake from each pack and alternate bites -- winning combination if you ask me, reminds me of Abuelita Mexican hot chocolate if you've ever tried it. Rubicon team if you are listening, an Abuelita cupcake would be *chef's kiss.* Nice to know that all their products use clean ingredients, too.
