    This rug was not at all the color depicted in the staged photos shown where it looks more like a boho rust color it is full on red which isnt what I was looking for at all. Its also an incredibly thin un cozy fabric in my opinion and not suitable for a living space. The only type of rug I would think they are suitable for is a runner or front door mat for wash ability purposes. When I wanted to immediately return it I quickly found out that Canadians have to pay for their own return shipping which was almost $200 for me! It took almost two months to get my money back and when I finally did get my refund it was only half of what I had originally paid! Luckily with yet another email to customer service I finally received the rest of my money back almost two months later. I will never buy another ruggable rug again!!!

    First it doesnt stay put, second the underpad does not fit the rug well and bunches up in one corner and to top it off the instructions say to NOT put it the washing machine. Everything I had wanted this rug did not give. I would have sent it back but it was going to cost me half of the price of the rug to send it back. I was very disappointed in my purchase.

    Bought for a heavily traveled area where other rugs curled up on the ends. Was hard for me to fit rug into backing and confused as if rug lays atop pad or pad to fit inside triangle slots on corners. Did not see any instructions?? Real test, and reason we purchased, is if rug holds up in wash and edges dont curl or become unraveled. Beautiful design!
