Purchased as a gift for my niece, I thought I would browse through before giving it to her. What wonderful recipes and life suggestions. Focuses more on nutritional support of an active life, rather than the more typical low-calorie recipes. I tried one which combined salmon and sweet potato in fritters. Absolutely delicious. I highly recommend you add this to your library.
