Tasty but they could easily cut the added sugar content in half and it would taste much better (and would be a heck of a lot healthier). These things taste sweeter than a lot of breakfast cereals (which are rarely healthy).

I am a relative newcomer when it comes to RX bar. I’ve been consuming them just over the past month. The flavors available at my local retail store are limited so I decided to shop online. This particular flavor is outstanding. This is something that I could eat for breakfast, or as a between meal snack. I would certainly order this again!

These are the first RX Bars that Ive tried that I actually enjoy eating. Tried them as a snack to help support my breastfeeding journey since they have oats and they are so yummy. Will be repurchasing.

The blueberry adds a really nice burst of flavor. They’re not too filling, so they’re a good morning snack. The only potential con is that they’re kind of sticky, so if you have any sort of dental work, you maybe need to be careful.

The simple ingredients keep my stomach and body feeling good with minimal bloat. The oat flavor is delicious it is like oatmeal bar with blueberries and cashews. The texture is thick and chewy - sometimes gets stuck in your teeth but it is worth it! The packaging is nice and I like that it is specified as an "AM" bar - as I always have a bar for breakfast in the car!
