A: Our underwear is designed to be absorbent and leakproof, and can replace pads and liners. It has 4 layers of gusset technology to keep you dry and comfortable, even while you're playing sports! You can wear it alone, or use it as an extra form of protection with a tampon. It all depends on your personal flow! A: Hi Jasmyn! You actually do not need to wear a pad with our period underwear! Our gusset technology in your underwear is made up of 4 layers, designed to keep you dry and comfortable! Keep in mind, how you are using your period underwear will affect how it will absorb your flow. Whether you are using them as a backup to your menstrual cup or disc or you prefer to free flow will impact how it works for you! A: Hi Syd! The body of this underwear is made of 95% Tencel Modal and 5% elastane. Our gusset technology is made of 100% polyester. And finally the lining is made of 92% recycled polyester and 8% elastane!

A: Yes! Our Saalt Comfort Brief is a reusable replacement for traditional liners and pads. After wear, rinse in cold water, then add to your normal laundry routine. A: The absorbent gusset will not go all the way up the back of the Saalt Wear. But because the gusset brings your flow straight down rather than spreading it out as a pad does, many people find that they do not need the gusset to go higher. :)

A: They sure can! Since urine tends to be higher in volume we would recommend any heavy absorbency option and make sure you have a few pairs on hand to change more frequently (cause have you ever sneezed with a full bladder? Yep, you get it.)
