Of all the period panties I have tried this is 100% my top pick. No I didn’t get it free nor am I giving it a high rating from some influencer brand. I bought this after research on the best products that actually work on my dime. On heavy days I’ll switch it mid day so I wear about 3 a day then one for overnight. I don’t leak, smell, feel wet, or feel gross sometimes I forget I’m even wearing it. I was super hesitant because I pictured my self to a baby wearing a diaper and I was wrong. It’s also a good brand that’s chemical free which is important to me because it’s already stressful enough being a woman without having to worry about chemicals so close to our most delicate area. I just rinse it off in the shower then toss it in the washing machine, then air dry.

Soft and comfortable fabric. After only having them for two months the fabric separated from the elastic on one side. Shouldn’t happen when you spend $38 for a pair of underwear

I’m so impressed with this brand! As a gal with PCOS, 4 active teenage boys and heavy periods my routines of always needing a bathroom near the field are a thing of the past! I’m so thankful I tried these. I was skeptical at first, not knowing how much they would hold because I normally wear a super plus tampon and super pad every hour on my heavy days. I AM AMAZED that I didn’t even feel the moisture as it wicked away so quickly. IMO these are much better coverage contouring to your body-front to back, side to side than a bulky pad that bundles up (and ruins underwear by sticking to it). Also, WAY more comfortable in the southern humidity! No more pad/diaper rash lol! The no chemicals is a huge bonus for me trying to balance hormones. I also never leave reviews, but I am online purchasing the other SALT styles for lighter days and thought it may help others with a heavy flow make a great decision!

Leaked within a hour of wearing it all the way through to my jeans. I was really hoping these worked as this is the first time I have tried period underwear. Truly disappointed.

These underwear suffer the same problem I have with all period underwear- the absorbable area is the size of a regular pad. I need a larger area than that for both comfort and not leaking. Typically I wear extra long pads and since they sell those I know I can’t be the only one with this issue! These are comfortable but not worth all the $$$ if they don’t protect my clothes. Total bummer.

I got excited and tried many pairs/brands of period underwear. These make great light day period underwear, but I wouldn’t wear them for more than that- really I mostly use them on pantyliner/mini pad days. Even medium flow days is too much for this pair. Here is a further rundown for these: PROS: •Comfortable and soft, almost like regular underwear. CONS: •Absurdly overpriced- there are MUCH better period undies (period brand) for about 1/3 the price. •Rayon stretches easily and liquid pools on top, which is uncomfortable. •The waterproof layer can slide around under the outer layer if you’re active and feel kind of strange. •Pills badly enough to need a fuzzball shave about every other laundry cycle. TIPS: •Never use fabric softener on these, it hinders absorbency. •Dry to about 90-95% in the dryer then line the the rest of the way to reduce pilling and get them soft and reshaped.

I love this underwear! It is so soft and comfortable! I ordered three different styles from Saalt and all are amazing. One underwear lasts me about 8 hours on my cycle so they are perfect for both day and night use.
