I found the cup to be bulky, hard to insert and generally really uncomfortable. It also kept on falling out spilling it's contents all over my underwear. I've binned it! Waste of £35!!!
I think I have the wrong size. It comes out on its own.

I will give these another try since it was my very first time using a cup. I had some leakage on my heavier flow days & I’m not sure I got the positioning right, since I could definitely feel the cup the whole time it was in. Didn’t hurt, but it was a little less comfortable than I would have liked. I might try the regular size to see if that remedies the leakage and fit issue (since I started off with the small size). Still on the fence about it but it wasn’t as gross as I thought it would be once I got the hang of taking it out and cleaning it.

The plastic is stiff enough to stay put but soft enough to be comfortable, it’s large enough to be able to leave in for hours at a time, and it’s easy to clean. Couldn’t be happier!

The second day I cut a little of the tail and was still having the same issues. By the third day, I cut the tail completely. But now I can’t pee anymore with it in! I have no idea what happened but I’m upset about it. So needless to say, I’m neutral on the product. I love the idea of not using tampons. However, taking it out to pee every time really kind of sucks. Especially while using public restrooms.

I have used the cup for two cycles now (one in swimwear as well!) and I have 0 complaints. I don't dread my period like I used to. I was surprised by how affirming it is to not throw away period care. This is period care that does not inherently tell women that our bodies are dirty/shameful/trash; Saalt's cups are artfully designed, comfortable, cute reusable items that take care of my body. I love them! I will never go back to pads or tampons!

I think in terms of comfort I appreciate the soft stem but the notches allow it to break off and, for me, that thing is pretty clutch to pull it out. I think it took like 2 years to finally break off so that's not bad. I guess maybe the notches are part of the soft flexible design of the stem but if they don't have a function, maybe remove them? Also, coming from a UX person, not everyone wears pants in the standard women's sizing. Something to consider in your survey!

After having my first baby, I had to stop using tampons because they were so uncomfortable. I had been thinking about using a cup for a while, but was worried about inserting, comfort, leakage, and removal. So far, none of these has been an issue at all. I’d say that removal is the most difficult part, but Saalt provides really helpful instructions and tips on their site. Cannot recommend this enough. And it’s good for your wallet and the environment!

I followed all instructions and also reached out to customer service for help. I asked to get refunded so I could try to buy a different one from them. I never heard back from anyone, which was a bummer because I specifically bought from this company due to being a "satisfaction guaranteed" company. My friend highly recommended this company and their cup, but now I just have something I spent money on without being able to successfully use it.

Compared the the other menstrual cups I’ve used in the past, this one wins in all aspects. It’s so much softer and flexible than others in the market. The steamer to clean it is also a life saver!

Packaging is beautiful!! The cup is unfortunately the wrong size for me, but I have found an alternative. I wouldn’t have known without trying though so I can’t blame Saalt for that. Shipping to the UK took forever though and I was disappointed that I had to chase this up after 2/3 weeks of waiting for my order.

It's a bit smaller than I expected, so not sure how it will handle the heavier period flows, but so far so good. Texture is comfortable.
