Smells wonderful. However it leaves a thick hazy film on surfaces. You'd really need to rinse well after using it. Plain warm water does a better job than this cleaner. It's expensive and doesn't work well.

Absolutely love this! It don’t have the harsh chemical smell while cleaning it’s more refreshing and soothing. Lingers after and I love it so much! Threw away all my other cleaners and grabbed up this brand.

Love this cleaning product. The scent is amazing and it cleans very well. Sadly I had to remove a star because they have decreased the size of the bottle and kept the price the same. They also changed the packaging and it is very keep and flimsy. Not sure I will purchase again since the size decrease and the price point has remained the same

The design of this bottle is the worst thing I’ve ever seen, the spray handle doesn’t even spray without slamming into the bottle it’ll pinch your hand when you squeeze it it’s useless WASTE OF MONEY

Growing up, I had a beautiful lavender bush outside of my room. There's something very nostalgic about this scent. Before I have visitors, I'll run and grab this Universal Cleaner and wipe down the counters. It makes my entire place smell amazing and I have yet to find a mess it can't clean.

Love the scent and that this is at a better price point than Mrs Meyers products. They recently shrunk the size of their products and changed the material of the spray bottle packaging. It’s so flimsy now. I’m sure it’s all being done to increase the profit the company makes. I can’t deal with the new material they use. Bottle doesn’t hold its shape.

Cleans really well. The smell is amazing. It’s a soft powdery lavender. Smells of a baby product in sense. The only thing is the bottle is very flimsy, but can’t complain otherwise. I wish there were more products. Again the smell is heavenly.

Love the smell of this stuff. I hate that I am contributing to Kris Jenner’s income, but the scent is that good. A good thing to know before you buy this is that it has oil in it, so you need to watch where you use it.

The nozzle is so narrow I can’t spray more than once or twice without pinching my finger. It’s a pretty serious design flaw. The smell is wonderful though.
