I was excited to buy this at the store as the product is mostly all natural and contains so harsh chemicals, but so underwhelmed at how it worked (or rather, didn't work) when I was able to use it. I have tried several times to use it - applied a little solution to a microfiber cloth, applied directly to appliances and wiped with a microfiber cloth, applied a moderate amount and wiped with a different microfiber cloth. Every single attempt yielded the same outcome; streaky, messy and greasy. I honestly wonder if quality testing was done in the dark.

i Discovered that this glass cleaner has turned out to be my very favorite all-time all-purpose cleaner now bc u can use it for almost any-surface and on anything and get it cleaned & disinfected - it’s a much better all-purpose cleaner than the one labeled multi-purpose - i LOVE this product & i can’t say enuf about it other than i think it should be sold as an all-purpose cleaner (including glass) instead of just as a glass cleaner - It truly deserves the 5-star rating i’m giving it - also, bc it’s safe & natural there is no awful chemical smell or any irritate that will make u gag or cough - i don’t understand why there would be any negative reviews bc at 1st i thot it streaked but it very quickly went away and was great once it did😊

All three cleaners I received were leaking (two glass cleaners and one counter top cleaner, which is pictured below). Could use some serious work on the design/ ergonomics of the glass cleaner and surface spray bottles. They’re big, heavy and cumbersome. Not easy to hold and spray. Can’t fit two fingers on the neck of the bottle. Smell is good but overall, a key part of counter top and class cleaner is the bottle and functionality, as there are a lot of “safe” counter sprays on the market. Expected better

As with all their products I’ve tried, it smells amazing! I recently used it on some outside windows that were in dire need of cleaning. We are in the country so they had build up of everything from cobwebs to dried mud, bird droppings, and who knows what. I used the glass cleaner along with the universal cleaner for the sills and they look brand new with very little effort, and completely streak free!

Still have never been able to use it. It’s been 6 weeks and I have had 4 incorrect shipments so I have no way to spray the product for use. I either get the product in a bag/ damaged, or bottle with no spray. Company seems to have some serious logistical issues
