Q: The photo of the rug is tan however your description of the rug indicates it's Blue. what color is the rug?

A: Hello customer, thanks for getting in touch. Yes, it was given the color blue on its label merely because it is more imposing than its other neutral colors. The borders of this Salem border bath rug are tan and sky blue which surrounds the neutral color that looks to be beige in its center portion. I hope this is helpful. Love the different types of fabric used with the most absorbent in the middle for standing when you get out of the shower/bath. It dries so quickly and I have already to wash it which was simple and I just let it air dry. The back of the rug has the perfect amount of grip so it does not move around underneath you. My only issue is the size but that is not a big deal at all as I need and will be buying more!

I got the black grey color as my bathroom is a few different shades of blue the color design fits right in. I really like the fact that it is washable. It is very absorbent as it soaks up all the water from grandkids getting out of the tub.The backing is subtle but effective for non slip. You can also purchase matching shower curtains which I will be ordering.

I got the Amherst Cotton Tufted Bath Rug for our bathroom. I love the neutral blue and beige colors. The cotton material is so soft when you step on it. I love that the backing does not have that rubber material. It is just the cotton material of the rug. It washes up great! I would recommend this product to my family and friends. It looked really great in the bath room until I washed it the first time and it left a lot of fuzz ball in the washer and they stuck to the rug making it not look so good. I needed A new rug for in front of the toilet in the bathroom. I got the one with tope and brown color. It is the perfect size and it keeps your feet warm while you go about your business. What I really like and feel is the best feature is the fact at the bottom is rubber so that it does not slide. With two toddlers this is important for us.
